Beginner Yoga Introduction to basic postures and yoga breathing. Taught at a slow pace with focus centered on mind-body awareness. This class is designed for those with little or no yoga experience.

Gentle Hatha A slow, meditative class with emphasis on proper alignment, breathing and mind-body connection. Improves balance, flexibility and strength. A relaxing yet energizing class. Also suitable for beginners due to the slower pace.

Mixed Hatha I A combination of Hatha and Vinyasa styles. Emphasis on alignment and linking flowing movement with breath. Classes include some basic sun salutations, pranayama and a deep relaxation.

Mixed Hatha II A combination of Hatha and Vinyasa styles. Emphasis on alignment and linking flowing movement with breath. Classes are primarily centered around modified sun salutations, pranayama and meditation. Slightly more vigorous than Mixed Hatha I. Not suitable for beginners.

Vinyasa I A dynamic flow style yoga linking movement with breath. Builds strength stamina and concentration. Classes are designed around sun salutations. Previous experience with Hatha or Vinyasa Yoga recommended before taking this class.

Yoga Prep Yoga Prep Workshops are open level workshops for students who wish to have hands on guidance with alignment principals in specific yoga asanas (postures). This 2 Hour workshop provides students with the opportunity for questions and discussion in a group setting.

Prenatal Yoga This gentle class is designed to help prepare mentally and physically for giving birth. Focus is on breath control and body awareness. Classes are designed for each students unique needs and changing body. Learn to relax and connect with your baby during this special time. ( Please note: Previous yoga or exercise experience is recommended for this class)

Chakra Yoga This class explores the energies of the 7 major chakras (energy centers) and provides personal insight into how the energies are active in our daily lives. Through the practice of asanas, pranayama and meditation the chakra energies can be awakened and balanced. This class is for students with a basic foundation of yoga.
